Cancellation Policy:
We will hold the cottage for you exclusively once you have booked with us. Therefore, although we understand that unexpected events can arise, unfortunately if you cancel we may have to charge you.
When it comes to booking changes, our standard policy is as follows:
In the event that you cancel your booking, then a small administration charge of $20 will be deducted to cover our costs from any refunds. However, if less than fourteen days notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the cottage for the entire period of the cancellation with a booking of equal value.
Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled.
